My name is Clarence Cherry, I was born and raised in Washington, DC. I come from a two parent home inwhich my parents had ten children, seven girls and three boys. I am the eldest of the three boys and I grew up in the Projects in South East DC.  I was instilled very early about family values and community. I began my personal journey regarding Real Estate by purchasing my first home through a first time home buyer program called HPAP.  My experience as a home owner sparked my interest in the Real Estate Industry.  I have the spirit of helping and assiting people by default inwhich being a Real Estate Agent allows me to personally help those who are unsure or may not know how the process of selling or buying a home.  I've been actively involved in the Real Estate Industry for over ten years.  I enjoy helping, educating, and guiding people with whatever they may need answers to regarding Real Estate to the best of my knowledge but I aime to make sure the process is less stressful.  I chose The Flagship Group Realty because the Team Leader Melvin Yates, is very progressive, knowledgeable, current, innovative, and empathetic to the needs of his agents.  I was looking for a brokerage that allows you to grow and reach your fulliest potential and The Flagship Group Realty and the leadership is a great fit for overall succes.  I'm dedicated to my client but community is just as valuable.
